Luxury Monton development wins International Property Award
Stableford Hall – Our grade-II listed luxury apartment scheme in Monton has been named as Manchester’s best residential development at the International Property Awards.
Built in 1888, Stableford Hall was transformed over a 10 month period and completed in 2017 by Priestley Homes with Priestley Construction being the main contractor. The building was converted to create 12 bespoke one, two and three bedroom apartments.
Each high specification apartment includes preserved period features, such as exposed brickwork and original beams, combined with the latest smart home technology for modern, urban city living.
Representatives from Priestley Homes joined our founder and CEO, Nathan Priestley, at a special ceremony at the London Lancaster Hotel on 27th October to receive their award.
